Inspired by contemporary English, hoppy pale ales, we began brewing whilst listening to old school hip hop. The heady mixture of West Coast rap and intense American hops mesmerized us from the start and High Rollers was born.

Incredibly smooth and elegant, with intense, saturated tropical fruit aromas. This is our vision of the perfect pale ale.

New England DIPA

You don’t always get what you want, but luckily we know what you need – this hazy, juicy DIPA brewed with a big DDH addition of Galaxy, T45 Olicana and Idaho 7, our favourite hops. Big, saturated and pillow-soft, with lashings of mango, guava, pink grapefruit, passionfruit and peach.

2 x New World Order (5.8%)
DDH Pale

A base of wheat and extra pale, accompanied by a smattering of oats, provides a perfect, silky canvas for the intense double dry hop to shine through in this limited edition IPA.

Moving virtually all hop additions to the cold side gives this beer its light opacity – along with saturated, resinous aromas of tropical and stone fruits

Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Idaho 7

2 x Rosehip, Hibiscus, Raspberry (4.7%)
Fruited Sour

In search of a more complex sour, we brewed hibiscus and rosehip tea, using only the best extra pale barley and wheat malt. After careful infusion, we kettle soured this elegant tea for an extended period, before fermenting at cool temperatures. This fruit & herb sour has intense and layered red fruit flavours, which we hope you will enjoy

Hazy Pale Ale

Neighbours combines Australian and New Zealand hops in the hot and cold side to bring the best from these Southern hemisphere friends.

A plethora of tropical papaya, mango and dragon fruit flavours, layered together in perfect harmony.

Hops: Vic Secret, Ella, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka
