It is carefully whirlpooled with Motueka and Sorachi Ace, plus a generous amount of Elderflower, Elderberries, and a touch of Bay and Coriander.
Finally, it is dry-hopped with additional Motueka and Sorachi Ace.
This Saison has a savoury berry and floral nose, with a spicy, herbal, crisp finish. The perfect beer for enjoying on a hot summer day.
