Double dry hopped juicy, hazy pale ale, packed with Citra and Mosaic hops. Oats and wheat provide a pillowy texture and beautiful balance to support the intense grapefruit, citrus and tropical flavour.

1 x Pavilion – Helles Lager – 4.6% GF

A refreshing, crisp Helles-style lager, characterised by mild, elegant malt flavour and balanced with an appetising citrus and floral nose from the Mittelfruh and Hallertau Blanc hops.

Approachable, engaging, with a clean, moreish finish.

1 x Session – IPA – 4.3% GF

A simple malt bill creates the platform for an abundance of juicy Mosaic hops to shine in this dangerously sessionable IPA. Dry-hopped with Amarillo and Chinook for hints of grapefruit and tangerine.

1 x Fish Hook -NZ NEIPA – 6%

A juicy, hazy IPA with big additions of New Zealand’s finest hops – Nelson Sauvin and Motueka – contributing powerful gooseberry, mango and tropical flavours.

Whirlpooled, hopped in ferment, and dry-hopped for maximum flavour and juiciness. Brewed with oats, wheat and barley to make for a soft and fulfilling brew.

1 x Elderflower & Linden – Sour – 5%

In search of a more complex sour, we brewed Elderflower tea, using only the best extra pale barley and wheat malt. After careful infusion we kettle soured this elegant tea for an extended period, before fermenting at cool temperatures and infusing a local Linden flower to add more character and extra elderflower

1 x Spinnaker – Single Hop IPA – 6%

Utilising the mighty Azacca hop in all its glory, for fans of ‘Parachute Club’, citrus aromas followed by flavour notes of spicy mango, pineapple, tangerine and pine.

1 x Wanganui Avenue – Hazy Pale – 5.2%

A deeply hazed pale, celebrating hops from the new world. A trifecta of Phantasm, Kohatu & Wakatu. The Phantasm unleashes the aroma and flavour of the tropical stone fruits. Kohatu develops notes of crushed pine needles and Wakatu finishes the brew. The Wakatu, a cross breed of Hallertau but NZ style, then develops an earthy and sweet floral character. Layman’s terms this is a tropical hazy pale with a balanced bitterness

1 x Marzen – Bavarian Amber Lager – 5.5%

Marzen style Bavarian Amber Lager. Following the traditions of Hacker Pschorr and Augstiner, our two favourite Munich brewers. This is a honey coloured, strong, festival Larger using Munich and Vienna Malt. Hopped with Tettnanger. Octoberfest at its finest

1 x Wailuku – Hazy IPA – 5.4%

This juicy haze bomb acts like a baby NEIPA, delivering knock out flavour without a knock out ABV. This beer pits the best traits of Australia’s ‘Galaxy’ & the Pacific North West’s ‘Amarillo’. ‘Galaxy’ brings passionfruit, citrus and peach in abundance whilst the ‘Amarillo’ complements the tropical flavours whilst bringing the spicy and floral notes needed to balance the brew.

We have also paired with Maui United Way a charity in Hawaii (the halfway point where these two hops meet). Named after their location ‘Wailuku’ which the charity base themselves. 10p from every can and a £1 from every keg will go to the charity to combat the after effects of the Hawaiian fires that affected the area earlier this year.

1 x Double Decker – Milk Stout – 4.9%

We took our well received Milk Stout from 2022 and went back to the drawing board, lowering the ABV to make it much more attractive on your bars and in your fridges. Upping the malt flavour content by layering 9 different malt varieties develops a complex and delicious stout. We increased our adjunct with this new edition and steeped the beer in Cacao Nibs, Nougat and Vanilla pods.

We brew the beer using lactose – hence the ‘Milk Stout’ moniker, which gives the beer its velvety thick mouthfeel, whilst being able to run on your traditional keg line set up. This beer has buckets of character from the chocolate, vanilla and nougat, whilst remaining drinkable and not too sweet like a good stout should.
